Subdivision is the division of a tract or parcel of land and creating two or more separate pieces of land. We provide an important part in this process and often take the lead by providing our services to other professionals (general contractor, architect, engineers) who rely on our accurate, precise and timely information. Once a subdivision is completed and approved by the appropriate government officials the final subdivision plat should be perfected. To do this, you file the signed and sealed subdivision map / plat at the proper county clerk / register office with the newly created Metes and Bounds Description parcels of land.
