Monitoring well survey maps are prepared by working closely with the environmentalist and/or geologists. Monitoring well survey maps provide a sketch of all the on-site monitoring wells in relation to existing features found on the property. After performing site survey observations, our surveyors are capable of determining horizontal and vertical coordinate values for each monitoring well.

These findings allow us to complete the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) “Form B” certification. Each “Form B” certificate describes the horizontal and vertical positioning of each monitoring well on-site.
