Behar Surveying Associates, PC is a third generation surveying and mapping company that has a long history of supporting our diverse list of clients ranging from homeowners, attorneys, insurance agencies, architects, engineers, municipalities, land developers and more. Our staff includes three (3) licensed professional land surveyors that possess licensure in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington District of Columbia, Vermont and Kentucky. William received his BA in Political Science and Masters in Community Planning and Area Development from the University of Rhode Island. After serving as a planner for several New Jersey towns, William studied land surveying and became licensed in the State of New Jersey. He joined Behar Surveying Associates in 1983 and became the principal partner in 1988. With nearly thirty years of surveying experience, William has evolved this family business into a high-tech land surveying firm.
Jeremy has a BS in Business Management from Rutgers University School of Business and a BS in Surveying Engineering Technology from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Jeremy is a licensed Land Surveyor in New Jersey and New York. Following in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps, Jeremy is continuing to advance Behar Surveying Associates into the next generation of technological capabilities. Jeremy’s field of expertise includes ALTA Survey, Property Survey, Riparian Surveys, GPS Observations, Site Surveying, and Major Subdivision Design.
Ronen has a BS and MS in Mapping and Geo-Information Engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion) and is an adjunct professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Ronen is a licensed Land Surveyor in Israel and a certified GIS professional (GISP). His field of expertise includes Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing.
Darian is a student in the Surveying Engineering Technology (SET) program at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Darian has a BA in history from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in history from The City College of New York. He continues his activities as a historian while building his expertise in surveying and mapping.
